Federations JoinWorld Conference on Needs of 500,000 Holocaust Survivors

The needs of 500,000 remaining Holocaust survivors were the focus of an international conference where Federation staff joined representatives from 39 countries in Prague last week. The United States is a global leader on the issue, in part thanks to Federation support that helped to secure $2.5 million federal funding and the appointment of the White House Special Envoy for U.S. Holocaust Survivor Services, Aviva Sufian.
